Hello i m going to apply for skill worker from Pakistan . i m a professional person have 14 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping, inventory ,office management, quality work ,administration and field operation ,
but i have no banks balance so can i apply for express visa ,

Well you need to meet POF for EE plus pay application fees, ECA, language tests and medicals. See if even eligible for Express Entry first. Then ask questions under Express Entry.

Google Express Entry and read requirements for POF, testing, ECA etc. You pay for application, medicals via Credit Card. Bank statements prove funds for the number of people in your family.

Today I received a mail from the canad govt site .they said I m not eligible for the work in Canada . Need to apply for education purpose. But I have enough money to afford my expense education fee or others .
So please I m so much confused how I move ahead need someone help .

If I work all time in my life I can't get that quantity of money ..

No scholarships unless you are an exceptional student and taking a Masters/PhD. So ask the school you want to attend or talk to an advisor you will be taking your Masters/PhD with. Look at scholarships from your country. Canada makes money from international students so chances are almost zero.

Sorry don’t take personal calls and on a licensed consultant. If you want to hire an immigration consultant to help you research and apply to schools then do so. You need a school that builds on current education, and you need a program to justify costs with higher pay when you return home.
