Hi all,

how long it will take from IRCC to send the medical request after AIP. Also, the documents that they asked for such as police certificates and application fees, were already sent when we submitted the application. Should I send them again

Hi Taweda! Congrats on the AIP.
I want to share what my lawyer told me about it. This is for my case. Apparently, because we didn't get AIP by mail, the office that reviewed the case was Vancouver, en the AIP letter says that documents must be sent to Niagara Falls.
My lawyer said that because is a new office all the documents need to be sent again.

Hello guys!
I have a couple of questions here.
We got AIP, we are in the process of sending all the documents required but I have an issue with the valid passport, our passport were sized when we arrived. In order to try to renew we will need the old passport, and I said try because there is no consular office or embassy in Canada. What we should do? Write a Letter of Explanation? Will that be enough? All the password but one are valid if we add the extension that Canada approved on 2019.

Same thing for the background check, we asked for them, but it will take some time, we prepared a document with all the proofs that we requested it, Will add a letter help with that as well?
