I called by phone to FGR, and I gave my name. They told me when they sent my documents. But I am waiting 5 months and I don't have any update.
I will do that in a couple of weeks if I don't receive any updates. Thank you.
Since you sent your documents in January, it typically takes an average of 4-6 months for the Police Certificate to be cleared by IRCC, so you should be almost there.

Have you tried calling IRCC for updates, or are there any updates on your tracker? When the Embassy sent the request to the FGR for the police certificate, there was an update on our tracker that same day.

Hey, fellas @Frijolito94 and @PRHP28. I am in the same boat as you. My PC documents were delivered at the embassy on March 4, and I am still waiting for any update. After reading your posts, I emailed the embassy last Monday, so hopefully, I'm expecting an AOR soon. I'm not really worried because, from what I've read, the average time that people get the PCC is 3 months. I will share any updates as soon as they come, and please share yours, too!
Hi! I checked today my tracker and I realized I got an update on May 03, 2024 - "We received the police certificate(s) you sent us". They requested today my IME and some additional documents, so I guess that's why my background verification is still in progress and my eligibility has not started.

I hope that means they already got my PCC. Hopefully you get an update soon!

Hi guys, just to let for reference, the embassy received my petition December 22, and I got April 12 uploaded into my profile and by May 18 background check was done, so was about 4 months
Hi, how do you know when it was uploaded to your profile? After your background check was clear did you receive an update on your COPR? Thank you for taking the time to make the post, it's really hard to find information about the police certificate timeline.

Hi! Yes seems like it! I'm applying non-express entry provincial nominee.
I'm also on the non-express entry PNP.

@PRHP28 @Frijolito94 so guys, I contacted the PGR to inquire about my PCC. They confirmed that they sent the document to the embassy on May 27, so it has been two weeks. Additionally, they shared some interesting information. They informed me that my request was included in a package of over 100+ requests, which is why it took a long time to be processed. They are uncertain about the embassy's processing time for sending the PCC to the IRCC. Nevertheless, it's reassuring to know that you can call them and confirm that your request has been processed!

This is the FGR info in case anyone's interested:

Dirección General de Control de Procesos Penales Federales ubicada en Avenida Insurgentes, número 20 de la Glorieta de Insurgentes, Planta Baja, Colonia Roma Norte, Del. Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06700, Ciudad de México. Tel. (55) 53-46-00-00 Ext. 508427, 508428 y 508430; correo electrónico aregistrales@pgr.gob.mx

Hello everyone,
Just to let you know that on March 10th the Canadian Embassy received my documentation to process the PCC.
The embassy confirmed receipt but I still have not received any update.
Hopefully my application will be with the 100+ that the FGR processed a couple of weeks ago.

When did you send your documents to the embassy (fingerprints and photographs)?
To kind of have an estimated timeframe.

Hi @daninmotion, I sent my documentation to the Canadian embassy on March 7 and they received it on March 10, 2024.
Thanks @ivanm0710 for the FGR contact info. I called and they told me that last Friday June 7 they sent my PCC to the Canadian embassy. Now hopefully they will send it to IRCC soon.

After 5 months of waiting, just yesterday I received the message that my police records were uploaded to the system, they still have not reviewed them, I sent everything on January 2, 2024
