Police Clearance instead of NBI from the Philippines

Good day!
Is anybody here submitted a Police Clearance instead of NBI from the Philippines? I just found out lately that my dependents in the Philippines submitted police clearance while mine as principal applicant is NBI. Is it a ground for rejection of our application? I submitted my application 3 months ago and until now no update yet.Thank you for your response.

Hopefully, you'd only get ADR. I would suggest, though, to get the NBI clearance ASAP then submit the result via webform.
