Mistake in PR card

Hello,

I just got my renewed PR card from IRCC, and I noticed that they print my birth year wrong.
I have a international flight coming up soon, I'm worried it will take too long to request a card reissue. Does anyone has experience travelling abroad with wrong info on PR card?

Also for request reissue PR card, it said it requires the following:

A copy of your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence;

I have been a PR for more than 10 yrs now, I think I have lost such document... Could anyone confirm if this document is required for reissuing PR card.
