BOWP without AOR (PNP)

I received an email with application no. saying that my application has been received by IRCC. I did not get any specific document named AOR and got a biometric request. Have I received the AOR or not? Is it this email or a separate document?

That email is called AOR . You don’t get any specific letter which say AOR .

Hello everyone, I read all post based on this subject and still not quite sure what to do. I live and work in Alberta, I am currently on a closed work permit that expires on October 10th of this year. I received a Nomination (no restriction on the employer) and I applied on April 30 for PNP.I expect an AOR soon and I also expect a letter of support 204c. When I receive it, I want to apply for the extension of the work permit, but I am afraid that the waiting period for the AOR will be deducted.
I would like to know if I can apply without an AOR for the extension of an open work permit and what is the difference between that and BOWP?
