I started working in a rotational graduate program at a company in Canada as a full time permanent employee. The job title that we have does not match the roles we take during the program.

1. During the first 3 months I worked as a consultant
2. For the next 7 months I worked as a Data Scientist.
3. Currently in my 2nd rotation I work as a Business Analyst that has been only 1 month since I started working in this role.

I've talked to my managers and HR, they will give me a roles and responsibilities letter as per my roles in my rotation but they cannot suggest me any specific NOC code.

I'm thinking of selecting the noc code as '21211 – Data scientists' since that is the longest role I've had since I started working as of today, but I need your suggestions on what can be the implications if any?

You match job duties not title to the NOC.
