Received PPR but no correspondence letter/POE

I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY POE/CORRESPONDENCE LETTER YET.. IS IT NORMAL OR NOT

Did you send in your passport yet? We got our PPR on May 27th, and submitted passport on May 31st and got POE on June 5th in portal. Also got passport back on June 5th with permit attached.
