Confused between NOC /TEER codes 21222 and 21231 for L2/L3 Production Support for CEC. Please guide.
Here are brief responsibilities.
- Incident, Change and Problem Management.
- Bug /defect fixing using Jira
- Application monitoring
- Weekly and Monthly reports related to continuous improvements, achievements , Efforts spent by the team.

When you create your job roles and responsibilities letter , go through the details published by IRCC and review each line. It will give you hint where it matches the most. I changed mine to 21231 since all responsibilities were no covered in 21222. Also if it's a 70 percent match it is still accepted. So out of 10 if 3 are not matching it will still be accepted given its not totally different.
