Alberta PNP work experience for PGWP holders

On website it says that to be eligible for AOS you need to have 12 months of Alberta experience or 24 months of Canadian experience. However for PGWP holders it says minimum of 6 months of Alberta experience. My question is if you have PGWP (graduated from Alberta) and have 12 months of Canadian experience in your field, are you eligible to apply?

No I have 10 months of experience from Saskatchewan. But I graduated from Alberta.

Then you are not eligible.
