I spoke with VFS. They said as the IRCC has my passport, I will have to raise this through a webform to get my passport back without a stamp. Now the issue is the webform takes a long time to get a response to!

Best would be to call the airline and also check the fare refund or cancellation or modification changes related to your booking that you’re looking at. It varies for every airline

Check the airline's refund policy for cancellation/change. It's generally highlighted when you select standard or Flex. Most of the time, standard fares have a fee for cancellation or reschedule.

maybe due to elections it may have little impact on working hrs may be i could be wrong but i am also waiting i have a flight on 19 june i am worried tooooo
