Mistake in PR application after 34 months of submitting

Dear friends please help me i just found out that i made a mistake answering one of the questions on Schedule 1. Regarding visa refusals, i didn’t know TRV is the same as study visa, so i answered No for the question if I have had a refusal to visa before (my study visa was refused a decade ago) .. the problem i just found out and its been 36 months of waiting… please help

Yes, it absolutely counts. It's a temporary visa. Same for a work permit.

This is where ive mistaked i answered no to the question if a temporary resident visa was refused while my student visa was refused some years ago. I didn’t know they’re the same thing

Submit a webform asap to correct your error.

Hi. If a protected person is applying for PR and has before been refused a TRV from other countries (e.g. USA), does this affect his/her PR application?

As long as they declare that refusal in their application, no impact.

Canuck my security status has been 12 months overdue but still not started yet
In the atip notes even they don’t generate new due date
