Can anyone help here, please? I am going to apply for citizenship. I had non conventional charge in 2015 which resulted in stay of proceedings in 2016. I applied my pr in 2021 and nothing affected my application. But I’m worried if this previous charge will affect or delay my citizenship application. Please if anyone has same situation or information, please Reply..

If you are able to get a letter from the crown that they do not intend to take any further proceedings against you. Someone found that this letter rendered the charge a nullity for practical purposes, and this meant that s. 22(1)(b) of the Citizenship Act did not apply
Hi. The Language and Physical presence sections of my application just turned green after a long wait of 7 months. Background verifications and Prohibitions still shows in progress. Does anyone know what is the average wait time for BG and SS stuk applications pls (my timeline is in the signature) ?

im doing 11 days today will see it tomorrow saturday if it will turn green my
