What is the processing time for these applications right now?

TRP has been taking around 2 years. I'm not sure about rehabilitation.

I would guess that most people who applied last year are still waiting for an answer and it's 2022 applicants who are hearing back now. However I don't know for sure and TRPs are not that common. I would suggest you use the search feature on this forum to try to find some recent threads on this topic.
