No one is going to give you anything. If you want to have your children study in Canada then wait until they are ready to go to college/university. Each child will need to pay first year tuition (around $20k) and then show cash in the bank of at least $21k. So for two children, you want to show around $80k your bank account to support them. No college/university international student comes here and studies for free.

Not paying me. I live and work in Canada and have never heard of a free immigration pilot program. No programs are free. This is the only site for reference - https://www.canada.ca/en/services/immigration-citizenship.html

Show me a link to a free program…doesn’t exist. No permits are free. If promised that it is a scam.
