Could you tell me how many days the applicant must wait for the RPD's decision, after the Minister's response? My hearing took place on April 16th and on April 22nd I received a copy of the invitation letter to the Minister, regarding possible exclusion. On May 15, the Minister responded by denying the invitation. However, until today I have not received any feedback from the RPD?! Do you have any idea about the waiting time?
