BC PNP invite but status expired

HI,

I have a situation where my PGWP has expired and I have a valid TRV and an invite from BC PNP. It has been over 90 days to expiry of my PGWP. I don't think I have a valid status in canada but do have an invite.

Can I apply for visitor record now?

Should I go back to my coiuntry and apply for a visitor visa again?

What should I do in this case?

Too late to restore your status now . You are out of status. You should leave ASAP and apply visitor visa from outside Canada. Invitation of Bc PNP won’t help in this case.

Unless something has recently changed, TRPs are taking around two years to process. So this won't solve the problem and your PR application will still be impacted.
