I applied to conestoga -clinical research post graduate certificate program. I have nearly 3 months to prepare all my immigration documents but I am concerned about the response time from conestoga and the appropriate documentation. Also I am 25 years and my sponsor is my Uncle who lives in the US.. Kindly provide me information concerning my above statements

Depends on when you applied for admission to Contestoga and whether intake is open for September. You also need PAL once you have admission. So those can take up to a month or more. Once you apply for study permit that will take around 12 weeks.
Pay first year tuition once admitted, and your uncle needs to show POF plus that he can support himself and his family. Given you are 25 and uncle is not considered immediate or extended family, IRCC doesn’t have to count his funds. You should be showing your own funds.

Yes, it could be. You are 25 (not a dependant) and your uncle is not considered immediate/extended family. He will need to show that he can afford tuition/living expenses but also have enough in the bank to support himself and any of his family members.
Need to check their refund policy. Contestoga is in the news, and not for good reasons.
