MBA graduate with a Teer 1 job offer in BC. With new changes how can I apply for PR

Hi,
I recently graduated from UCW. MBA. I got a full time offer (not contract, permanent after 3 month probation) Teer 1.
Since UCW is not a public school is there a pathway for me to get BC PNP. With the new regulations under International graduate stream can I apply for pnp as I have a job teer 1 job offer.
I still have close to 2 years and 11 months left in my pgwp. At this point is it possible to get PR or is it a pipe dream?

Have you looked at other BC PNP streams based on your NOC/score? What about Express Entry?

I’m hovering around 527 for EE if I apply after 1 year of working at the teer 1 job which is low given the current cut offs are at 550 and above. So was trying to get a PNP to better my chances.
How do I check BC PNP streams based on NOC/score?
