IRCC always start sending invitations from 0 to 9 and then A to Z. So first digit shows that where they are now sending invitations. So, they are on 9 now. So hopefully by today evening or tomorrow they start with A, B and so on.

So in the past 3 days, 21-22-23 May, they have finished the 0-9 heh?
My number starts with "AD.." so hopefully, it will comes... 13 freaking years already waiting

I don't think it determine anything. But some members have theory that the randomness is not totally random.

I got inviation for my parents sponsorship.
My income for 2021, 2022, 2023 are 48,497, 65,175 and 58,346
I am eligible for the income as
3 people $40,444, $52,965 , $54,743
But the problem is I got married in october 2023 and that makes my family to 4 people as well as because of the marriage I didn't do work for almost 10 weeks hence the less income and my wife is India and she is not working for now.
Is there any chance for me if I explain the immigration about this situation. Also my wife's immigration file is already in process under spouse pr since December 27, 2023

I would contact IRCC number tomorrow and ask but I believe you are not eligible
