Possibility to pass medical test for a person who suffered brain stroke recently

i am currently applying for permanent residence

i am a live in care giver here in montreal, i am currently applying for permanent residence with my family, my 3 children are all ok , and their medical are done ,except my husband still undergoing medical, since he was a type 2 DM diabetes, the doctor request .a lot of examination ,blood sugar ,creatinine...
the results are.
creatinine is high,HBA1C IS 8.8
BUT THE DOCTOR MEDICL CERTIFICATE: SAID THAT IT WOULD CONTROLLED BY MEDICATION. AND INSULIN,
I am worried ,because,i spoke to the immigration that ,if my husband will be refused...all members will also refused.
they also said that if the diabetes is severe..or it may cause excessive demand .he may be refuse
if its controlled ...it is depend upon the immigration officer to approve the application.
i am the principal applicant.
i am worried about the refusal.
is there any other option to do for me and my 3 dependants to come here in canada?

I'm physically handicapped and several years ago I met with an accident at the time doctor fixed some stainless steel plate(15 cm length). After that im feel better. I can walk, drive without any help. I can handle myself my query's, what about medical check up?

1. Would it be hinder me & my family from migrating?
2. Would it be better for my wife to be the principal and me & my kids as dependents?

1. Based on what you are saying, this shouldn't be an issue. Of course it will depend on how your medical is assessed, the underlying cause of the stroke and whether there are any concerns this could be an issue again in the next 5 years or so.
2. No. It doesn't matter who the principal applicant is. Everyone has to pass the medical for the application to be approved.

My brother had a stroke the dr did the brain surgery now my question is is it possible that his friend whom has a skilled worker visa can take care with him since his friend lost his job and his working visa is going to expire this August 2024? I want to know if that is possible so they can helo each other too and my brother is very much comfortable if his the one who's going to take care with?

It depends on what kind of work permit the friend holds.

So your brother lives in Canada? He is a PR/citizen?
If his friend wants to work as a care giver to your brother, he needs to apply for a new work permit. Take a look at caregiver section of this forum. That though usually take a while to process.
If this friend has qualification, check to see if some provinces have special work permit/immigration route for healthcare workers. (I am not familiar with that)
