I called IRCC to ensure nothing is pending from my side and that's when they mentioned the office

I didn't know you can call IRCC. Which number did you call? Maybe I can check if something is pending on my end.

**March 8th 2024** - Fingerprint request email (MBSK)
**March 12th 2024** - Test email (Test period between March 14, 2024 and April 13, 2024.)
**March 15th 2024** - Submitted Fingerprints
**March 17th 2024** - Submitted Test (20/20)
**March 18th 2024** - Citizenship test status has been updated to Completed (Tracker not updated until March 20th)
**April 8th 2024 -** Fingerprints received (Tracker not updated until April 11th)
**April 9th 2024 -** Background Complete (Tracker not updated until April 11th)
**May 11th 2024** - Ghost Update

Update: I received the ceremony emails today. They came from Edmonton IRCC.
Does it mean our files have been transferred from Niagara to Edmonton sometime after doing our citizenship tests?
The only disappointment for us is that it's online after all. We were hoping for an in-person ceremony.
But, not going to complain, at least we're almost done.

I contacted IRCC and they informed me they received the documents, but my case was moved to the Vancouver office. Not sure how fast that office is. No any update on the tracker since then.

What is the "Decision Made date ECAS estimate" column? My LPP was completed on May 13 and the portal was updated on May 15. I also received an email with instructions on how to download my e-certificate. Does this column refer to that?

Do we have chance to change e certificate preference during the oath registration. I picked paper certificate when I applied now I want electronic one.
