The secondary office is Montreal Immigration.

1. Can she submit the POF/ SOA she used during PNP nomination or,

2. Submit POF on IRCC website?

If you are PNP nominated, you don’t need to show POF . You just need to put amount whatever is in your account. There is no certain requirement to meet those funds.
