I saw the citizenship update on May 6th inside the portal, but haven't received any email communication from cic.gc.ca.
Who should I contact to get the information on the citizenship ceremonie?

You will get the email about 7-10 days from your oath date. The tracker usually gets updated way ahead.

So they only send it out 1 week before?
What if we don't receive it? Who do we contact?
I haven't received anything from them since taking my fingerprint a few weeks ago

It's written at the top of your tracker account page, once you log in.

If you see on the Citizenship Tracker that you’ve been asked to take a citizenship test or participate in an interview, hearing or ceremony, but you haven’t received an official invitation from us yet, we might still be planning your event. Your invitation is the official confirmation.

If you haven’t gotten it 6 calendar days before the event, check your junk mail folder and contact our Client Support Centre to make sure we have the right contact information for you.
