What SINP program? If through EE or OID what is your score and NOC? Is it selected?

Seems like OP posted and forgot, that's just life! I will extend the query on his behalf.
My PGWP expires Jan 2025. I'm eligible to apply under ISW: Employment offer, ISW: Tech Talent (EE & non-EE), SEC:Student & OID.
Have 1 yr of exp in 22214 in the last 5 years outside Canada, 3 months of recent exp in Alberta, MNC will supply with JAL along with offer letter (after I join, and starts working). Pays comes out to be around $40/hr. Full-time permanent position with joining starting first week of September.
ECA and CELPIP in progress, should be done by Sept end, assuming 2-3weeks for JAL I think by early or mid-Oct 2024 my application should be in. Based off my study permit IELTS result and other factor, I will have 96/110
So I will have less than 90 days on permit, once my application is in the SINP pool, finger crossed I get the ITA lets says in Dec or Jan, what will be my option? Can the employer file a work permit application for me, as it will take attest 10-12 month post ITA for any updates.
I have not singed the offer letter yet, my current job in Alberta qualify under Tech and I already have 3 months of exp, so which PNP would be best for my condition?

Thanks for your time and help, I am a long time lurker, and you are the MVP here, I think you are more knowledgeable than staff working at PNP and IRCC, no pun intended!
