TRV from outside Canada

I am applying for TRV from outside Canada (I.e. from India) based on my pgwpwork permit.

Can anyone who has already applied TRV from outside Canada tell about the supportive or optional documents that needs to be submitted.(Financial proof? Letter explaining why do we need to the visa.

Also, I actually do not have an offer from any company so what should I mention in the “name of institution i am going to visit” in the application form.
