To link application in GCKEY, there is no surname , How do we add the name in given name and family name?

Check the application you submitted and copy the names in there when you link your application in GCKey

I TRIED FOLLOWING ALL THE INFORMATION ON LINKING. I AM NOT SURE IF I HAVE APPLICATION NUMBER. I GOT ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT REQUEST AND IN THAT THEY HAD APPLICATION NUMBER. IS THAT THE ONE I SHOULD BE USING? I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AOR YET.

Application Number found on additional document request should be the correct one. Also, remember to add the sponsor in count of family member in the application (last question on the form). For example, If you're sponsoring your mum and dad with no dependent children, that count will be 3. Good luck!

My application was equally moved from Mississauga to Montreal back in March 20th 2024 and since then no further updates. Not sure how fast Montreal visa office processes applications, just hoping for the best.

thank you for your valuable info. i have not receive any AOR yet. could that be the reason i am unable to link? Also would my parents get email notification of any further request (PCC, medical) or it will be through GC account?
