No PAL doesn’t increase your chances. Why would you interview for a PAL? Once you have admission, you (or school) applies for PAL.okay i understand if i received pal then increase my chances or not too much affect this thing

You have to tell Canada that your student visa was refused. Don’t know what visa ratio means but approval depends on PAL, funds, justify program with job opportunities, ties to return etc.before 8months, my Australia student visa rejected due to some major mistake Now it is impact on this canada study visa or not?
