LMIA Job offer working conditions

Hello everyone !
I have got an PR SUPPORTING LMIA job offer from my employer and currently I’m on my open work permit .Whereas, I’m able to get a job offer in a location with RNIP program. So, am I able to show up the second job offer in my RNIP program where as keep the LMIA job offer for claiming 50 points ? Is it both at same time possible?

I personally think that sounds risky and could put you at risk for misrepresentation. I assume the job you have now is in city that doesn't meet the RNIP requirements?

Then it sounds like possible misrepresentation. It makes it sound like RINP job offer is for the purposes of PR only and isn't really a true job offer. I personally think it would be risky to do this. If you want to go with RINP, then move to that job on your PGWP.

You have to make a choice between the two jobs. I can't do that for you.
