@ertarun It is happening with some applications, not sure what is the reason though. As you saw on our Feb WhatsApp group. there are some people without any updates after AOR.

I was curious so submitted a webform asking why have I not got test invite so far.. lol. Next called IRCC and asked which office is processing my application to which they said Mississauga. Lets see what happens next!

Weird scenario here; Got an invite for the test on April 12th and the test was scheduled to be taken between April 17th and May 17th. I took the test and passed on April 18th and the tracker (citizenship test part) got updated to completed this morning. Meanwhile I received another test invite (a duplicate one) mentioning a different date of April 20th to May 20th. And this shows up on the tracker in addition to the actual completion update.
Writing an email to IRCC NGF (Niagara Falls), AOR and invites came from NGF office.

I had the same situation. I did the test on the latest link they sent

The four updates are unfortunately just everything that has already happened on the tracker.

I’m not sure if you noticed but if you had scrolled down you’d have seen that the AOR, BGC and the test invitation would have also had stars on them.

They received my application and it was signed for on 15th Feb, but have yet to receive an AOR! Is this normal for paper applications, does anyone have an idea of when we might get one? Or should I be contacting them to see what’s up! Thanks

Looking at the tracker most paper applicants have received AOR within 30 days. Have you tried to track using your UCI on:

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do

Out of interest, did you use the lawyer in the actual application and submit a ‘use of a representative’ IMM5476 form?

Oh that’s weird then! We didn’t actually use the lawyer for our application as she advised it was quite a simple process for us in the end! How would I find a UCI number? Thanks so much for the response!

It will be on your PR card. It’s an 8 digit number with a hyphen in the middle. XXXX-XXXX

unfortunately it is saying they cannot find an application from the information provided! Do you know if I can contact someone in regards to this? We havnt received it back in the mail!

You could try calling. Early morning is usually the easiest to get through.
