Try again. They are often down for a few hours every week for maintenance. It's usually during the night hours (Canada time)

Click on Forgot Password.

If that doesn't help as well, click on 'Report a problem'.

Just FYI, I you created an account on GCkey, you won't be able to log in on IRCC portal. They are completely different.
