Hello Everyone,
I need some advice I am in bit of a situation where I am reapplying for my TRV. currently on PGWP.
My Marital status is : Common-law
So it asks me to fill up IMM5409 “Statutory declaration of common law”.
The question is with respect to residential address
My partner and myself’s residential address is the old one (Banks, phone bills, Driver’s license) where we use to live with my brother, but since last year we moved on campus as she was a student and was convenient in terms of travelling. The lease is on my partner’s name but we share the rent. We haven’t changed our address since we are living here temporarily and will move back soon.
Should I mention about this as proof of commonlaw or is it considered misleading to have mailing and residential address as the old one but living somewhere else as my bank statements, phone bills have old address but mailing address would be campus residential address?
Thanks!
