Thank you! Timeline is as following:
Invitation to apply was received on oct 10th, application submitted in oct 22, AOR feb 26, biometric request march 2nd, medical request march 4th along with sponsor eligibility met. ADR pcc for countries lived more than 6 months on March 13th, responded on April 8th. Pre - arrival letter received on April 22nd.

I have submitted the application today but have not received any confirmation email yet. any idea what to do in this case?

I also didn't receive any confirmation email. Did you get response?

the same happened with me today i have even not received any confirmation email after submission.

Same thing happened when I was trying to submit the application. Did you try to reach out to them? are you able to link your application? Got any email or confirmation? I didn't get anything yet.

I am not able to link my application. Not sure which information is not correct

To answer your second question, I entered the following and it worked for me:

1. Application Number and UCI
2. Passport details of principal applicant
3. # of family members in application: 4 in my case (Sponsor, Co-sponsor, Principal applicant, Dependent)
