Leave Canada After PR- Family class

Hi im Canadian citizen, residing in Quebec. Applied for my mom and dad's PR.
my question is-

1. How soon after landing can my parents can exit Canada? is there is any mim day stay requirement once PR is approved and once landed?
2. If i take employment in USA or USA after their PR is received are they going to lose the PR status?

1. They can leave immediately
2. They need to meet the residency obligation to keep their PR status. This means living in Canada for 2 out of every five rolling years.
