PR Application with Conditional Discharge

Hi everyone, I hope you guys are well. I got a question for @legalfalcon

I applied for TR to PR on May 2021, I got charged with domestic assault for having a toxic relationship with my ex-girlfriend . The Crown offered me a Conditional Discharge for 12 months of probation. I just took it last week and still waiting for the final documentation from the Court.

I have informed IRCC about my charges and they put my application on hold ever since.

Can I continue my application right after receiving the Conditional Discharge or I will have to wait for 12 months of probation end to be able to apply again?

Anyone here has been in my situation before and successfully applied for PR? I'd really need your help.

Whats your situation. I am also wondering of getting conditional discharge and seeking that is there any individual who got PR application approved after getting a conditional discharge
