Applying for PGWP with a Canadian Citizen child

As the header says, I am graduating next week and want to apply for my PGWP. I know how to include my wife and older child in the application for their permit extensions, but I have another child born in Canada and a citizen.
I would like to know how to proceed with the application. There's no way to mention that a dependent is a Canadian Citizen or PR in the forms.

Include your other child in family information only.
