Hello , I came as visitor visa on 27th January, I get pass port request on 29 January, we raised virtual landing web form on same day but still dont get any things , on march 7 th again we raised web form as sending my address, it’s been month I don’t receive any email or anything. Tried to calling ircc soo many times no response and anything they just saying wait .

I have same timeline;
Portal 1: 07/03/2024 (Montreal)
Portal 2: 13/03/2024 (submitted on same day)
Ecopr expiry: Feb 11, 2025

I have a question. I got pr portal 2 request on feb 27 2024 and via email officer requested colored passport copy for principle applicant . My ecopr expiry is jan 28 2025. Still waiting for ecopr. Any oponion why they asked and secondly when can i expect ecopr ?

Did they just ask for this today? No one can tell you exactly we are just guessing based off trends from the data people submitted

if they are asking you for more information i really can’t tell you because I’m not sure why that would happen

Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

I got that too when I tried to sign up for the tracker. I think it is because I used a representative and form IMM 5475. Have you ever used a representative ?

if not try your first and middle name in the first name slot like if your name is "John Henry Doe" write "John Henry" as your first name

Not all programs have access to the tracker these are the only programs that can use that tool:

  • to sponsor a spouse, partner or dependent children
  • for all programs under Express Entry (EE):
    • Canadian Experience Class
    • Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
    • Federal Skilled Workers Program
    • Federal Skilled Trades Program
