Urgent ! CEC Inland and Outland

I received ITA recently (STEM-491, 11 April). I need to leave for India next week for some reasons.
I have applied for Work Permit Ext (Fake) on 6th March, and have not received the decision yet on this.
I will submit my PR file and then leave for India. I have no work visa/ work permit to come back if I get portal 1 email. How does it work if I have no visa to come back ? Please note I have no TRV. Kindly help.

You return when you have COPR and can land as PR.

I agree with @Naturgrl, it's right. If you have not a COPR, then you will face many problems. PublixPassport
