If I was rejected by PNP because I moved out of the province, can I still apply for EE-CEC/FSW later?

Has anyone been able to switch to federal immigration programs/tracks after moving out of province during a PNP?
Will this type of "changed intent to reside in a particular province" record negatively affect one's federal track EE-CEC/FSW PR application?

I'm not sure what you mean by "switch". It's a separate application.

There's no impact. You can certainly apply through CEC / FSW.

Thanks! By switch I mean reapplying for CEC / FSW after my PNP is rejected/withdrawn because moving out of the province.

I thought a PR application rejection would more or less negatively affect future applications. Seems like not the case then?
