Have you checked the fake company at an address for a convenience store? It is a hotel, farm, and construction company…c’mon.

Fake - no employer offers accomodation, food, airfare. Canadians don’t get food and accomodations from their employers. Why would foreigners. Google the address. This is common sense not to fall for such scams.
Because those of us responding live in Canada and can spot a job scam a mile away. This is a scam.
Their web site is also very obviously fake. And as I said before, this particular scam has been around for several years now.
Your choice what you do. But there's no job and they are just trying to steal your money.
Well what is a “visa offer”? Do you have an approved LMIA from your employer? If so have you filed for a work permit with your ECA/IELTS? Have you paid money?
That is a scam. Employer pays $1k for a LMIA. And a work permit costs a couple hundred dollars. Tell your employer that you can do it yourself once you have LMIA. Assume you have medical, PCC, ECA, IELTS all done.
