PR Portal Technical Error!

Hi there!

I'm stuck on my PR application because of the following error.

You know, we now need to fill "IMM5406 - Additional Family Information" form digitally. Whenever I'm adding my sibling's info and hit "save and continue", I'm getting this pop-up message:

"Error:

There was a technical error when handling your request. Please try again later."

I've tried to fix this by re-signing in, clearing cache and cookies, using different browsers including mobile ones. Nothing worked.

Can anyone help me? Thank you so much.
