Got my PR card but 3 days later Portal says Picture requires revision ??

Got my Ecopr - 15th January
Got my Pr card - 9th April
Got Email from IRCC (Requires Revision) - 12April

Please let me know what to do ?

As long as you received PR card, I don’t think pic matters anymore.
