Mine changed from applied to in process around April 3rd, asked for additional documents and reached out to employer as a part of preliminary process.

I have changed my status from worker to visitor, so current status in canada, along with confirmation from my employer if the job offer is still valid.
Hopefully you'll get your nomination soon. I've applied last Feb 11 but the status is still applied.
