Called IRCC today, as per my signature, all done except BGC. This is the current status:
-- criminality passed,
-- info sharing in progress,
-- security check not started
-- PVO is sydney, SVO is CPC Ottawa

does anyone knows if the eligibility is different for express profile?
i talked to IRCC guy and he said the eligibility passed but no date and he said may be it for express profile since nothing has been updated on pr tracker

I have same timeline and nothing so far. I think the CEC inland is around 25th Jan who are getting BIL/MIL.
Update: Got P1 this morning from Montreal.

Feb AOR would start getting BIL from Monday 
From the tracker. The have given Jan 31st BIL. But let’s see.
Hey on imitracker it shows Jan AOR CEC got bio in April so may be Feb AOR will get bio in next month
