Hello experts please answer this, we had hearing on 20 Feb 24 at the end member said accepted but till today no letter received when I call IRB they say no decision is made on file.

It takes 2-4 weeks typically to receive NOD in the mail. It is impossible to say what is happening. Could be as simple as member got sick and has not been able to complete administrative tasks or your case may have been reassessed (very uncommon).

no. he said sorry, that I haven’t made a decision today (on hearing day). Although, He just said that I m satisfied from your answers

For me she said I accept your claim but need something from my lawyer and he sent it straight away but till this time no letter

That’s good news. You may have to wait 40-50 days than recall the IRB. BTW what is your timeline,if you don’t mind to share.
