Understanding GCMS notes

Hi,

I have applied for the citizenship in January 2023, test given in April 2023. Request for finger was received in May 2023 and were sent in the same month.
No update received since May 2023. Current status as per the tracker is Citizenship Test: Passed, Citizenship Ceremony: Not Started, rest all is in Progress.

Applied for GCMS notes and received today. Trying to understand what is happening with my file. based on the above status, which part of the GMCS notes I need to check to identify or get update of what is happening with my file?

2. What is Possible AKAS for Notes: 18?

Location: E-Grant Clearance Pending

there were notes on the letter sent for fingerprints and note when received the same and added to file. There were also notes for the exam.
below is the note saying POSSIBLE AKAS, do you know what it means?

Hey, I am not sure what AKAS means. but depending on the location it looks they are waiting on your security clearance. May be file an ATI request with the CSIS

"Possible AKAS" likely means their system is suggesting that you might have aliases (AKA = also known as).
"Clearance Pending" might mean waiting for security screening; but hard to tell for sure withou CSIS notes.

No, waiting for the report however my Background is showing completed now after almost a year
