Hi! Sorry for the late reply, we've busy running around trying to get the required military card! As to your question all I know is that there is a webform you are supposed to use, but we are using an immigration consultant so they always handle that side of it for us. Have you had an update this week??HI Gtifen, Do you know if we can reach out to them to ask for an update? we submitted the military certificate docs more than a week ago, and we sent our application 3 days after its opening approx... any advice on reaching out for an update? thank you

Estamos en la misma situación con nuestros familiares, hace tres semanas se enviaron pasaportes del familiar en sus 30s, otro familiar en sus 50s aun no recibe solicitud de pasaporte, alguna noticia por su lado? Gracias de antemano.
Hola, nada aún, desde que hayan pedido los pasaportes estamos del otro lado, mi inquietud era porque no podrán pasear hasta que les llegue, pero bueno, pronto lo primero

I sent my passport 3 weeks ago, i received an email saying “ The decision envelope for your application, has been dispatched” and they didn’t send me any COPR, does that mean i didn’t get approved?

if you were asked to send passport is because it's approved, that's what happened to my family, you have to wait for mail, I supposed you haven't received back your passport, right? For me, it took5 weeks approx
