Nova Scotia NOI - What Stream to Select?

my wife has got NOI from Nova Scotia but in the email/message inside EE profile, the stream is not mentioned. i opened their website and examined their streams and i think appropriate is:

Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities

Please note:

the applicant has no job offer from Nova Scotia
the applicant has never been to Nova Scotia
the applicant has never been in contact with any of these entities: Scotia Health Authority (NSHA), College of Physicians and Surgeons of NS, Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness, IWK Heath Centre. we are not even sure what exactly they do.

can any one give any feedback or confirm if we are on right track?

Hi drsadaf, I am facing issue for accepting NOI for Nova Scotia as I click on Nova Scotia labour market priorities stream it is showing message that they are not ”accepting application at this time”. Please if you can reply it will be great help as they give 30 days to accept the NOI. Please help!
