PGWP delivery

I got approval letter of pgwp on 25th march but i haven't received it yet in mail. How long doesn’t it take to be delivered at home.
It was returned to ircc 2 times because of address issues thats why I’m worried this time. And right now i’m in India should i ask my friend to courier me here from Canada?
To travel back to Canada?

Do you hold a valid TRV?

No i don’t have TRV. I just got my pgwp copy.
How should I apply for TRV from india. Is there any specific video or something on youtube or something. So i can apply for it without any risk???

You need a valid TRV to fly back to Canada. Recommend following the instructions on the IRCC website. I'm not aware of any video.
