Hi, My application for SINP under family category was recently rejected.I just want to know that will canada immigration be aware of my qualifications and experiences?Some people say that CIC will be aware of my history because i applied for SINP but some people say that SINP is a different department,they dont share information if the application is not approved.Pls help,i desperately need this information

Thanx for replying,i applied two years back.The reason for the rejection they gave is that my work experience is not relevant to my post secondary edu.

Don't think they send history to CIC, not sure though. But I have heard that they don't

get caips report from cic. may be it works .however i m not sure.

sinp dont send any thing to federal till you get nominated. also you dont need to mention anywhere in federel form that whether u have applied for NOMINATION,,, federal form ask whether you applied for Permanent residence. once u get nomination then you apply for permanent residence. BTW; why you are worried about qualification & experience? it should be same unless you change your current job after you lodged your application .

Hi, I have 80 points for SINP But I am confused which NOC best match with my education and experiences. I heard nowadays TEER (Training, Education, Experience and Responsibility ) has to be matched for SINP application.
Education: LLB
Experience: Banking (Officer- Cash)


I would be grateful if someone help me how I can match my NOC for SINP application.
